3 Tier Technical Support

Tier 1

This is support that is typically considered "included". For example, if we develop or create something for you, we will train you on how to use it and record the training. These types of support services are classified as Tier 1 support.

This is your standard technical support channel. The support provided is comprehensive and covers all of our systems.

Tier 3

This support is for emergencies that are critical for your organization.

AskEva

This support channel is largely for small requests and questions that you might have. These requests can be anything from small design projects to extra help with your website.

eNews

This support is anything and everything eNews. If you have an eNews need, we can do it. Don't have eNews and want to? We will help you do everything from the design of the your newsletter to scheduling and sending.

Specialty Support

Dedicated Employees (DDE)

Available: 24 / 7 / 365

Dedicated Employees may consist of one or more specialized professionals or teams of professionals with expertise in Marketing, Branding, Software Development, Design, Finance, Operations, Process Improvement and more. Affordable plans exist for short, medium and long-term needs.

  • Goal: We will provide affordable, dedicated expertise to accomplish Client goals which correspond to their dedicated needs
  • Hours: 24 / 7 / 365
  • Geo Services: US and 110 Countries
  • Dedicated packages start at 40 hours monthly for one year and can be as much as 10,000+ hours annually

Rapid Response Services (RSS)

Available: 24 / 7 / 365

RSS teams are multi-disciplinary teams that operate using RSS principles and a unified command structure to respond to Programming, Design & Related Service projects which may arise quickly with little notice and which may have a uniquely small window for completion. This is at our Client’s request.

  • Goal: Accomplish your project mission with an emphasis on immediate delivery
  • Hours: 24 / 7 / 365
  • Geo Services: US and 110 Countries
  • Select team members will work on nothing else but your RRS project for approximately 20 hours per day until completion
  • Although a fast and focused approach is provided, great attention to detail and testing is central to the deliverable
  • Clients must be available 24 / 7 for interaction with their RSS team during the entirety of the project

White Glove (WGS)

White Glove Services are available upon request. White Glove Development Services comes with a premium. All White Glove Services will be provided to a Client’s exacting specifications. White Glove Services are customized to our Client’s wishes and individual needs. You set the expectations and we will astound you with our performance. White Glove Services is for Clients who prefer extra attention and expect the highest level of discretion, service, handling and communications not readily available in a cooperative community-driven model. Customized services with anticipatory communications are just the starting point. Expect meticulous care, respect and preferential treatment along with a dedicated White Glove Concierge, a dedicated 24/7 phone line and a personalized email attendant.
