The following Onboarding & Project Prioritization Policy constitutes an integral part of this Agreement and governs all implementation, onboarding, and project‑related scheduling activities conducted by TQI. This policy is grounded in principles of stewardship, fairness, excellence, and wise allocation of resources.
1. Onboarding Windows
1.1 Standard Queue (FIFO)
TQI's standard onboarding follows a First‑In, First‑Out (FIFO) process to ensure fairness and order for all clients. Estimated onboarding window: 2 hours to 5 weeks, depending on design package, content volume, number of courses, and video assets.
1.2 Enterprise Queue
Enterprise implementations require additional coordination and complexity. Estimated onboarding window: 30–90 days, depending on design package, content volume, and number of courses and videos.
1.3 Rapid Response Priority Service
Clients with urgent needs may elect the Rapid Response Priority Service, which reprioritizes TQI's production schedule and moves the project to the front of the line. Rapid Response is billed at $300–$400 per hour and requires a $5,000 advance deposit, applied toward the initial block of Rapid Response hours.
2. Commencement of the FIFO Clock
The onboarding timeline officially begins only when all of the following conditions are met:
- Signed agreement
- Initial payment received
- All required intake materials submitted
Clients may not reserve a position in the queue while delaying required submissions.
3. Conditions That Pause the Clock
The onboarding timeline will pause when client‑side delays occur, including but not limited to:
- Missing or incomplete content
- Delayed approvals
- Failure to attend scheduled kickoff or working meetings
- Third‑party vendor delays
- Scope changes or additions
Pauses ensure accurate timelines and prevent adverse impact on other clients in the queue.
4. Fast‑Track / Priority Queue Option
Separate from Rapid Response, TQI offers a Fast‑Track Priority Queue for Enterprise‑level engagements requiring elevated scheduling priority without full Rapid Response acceleration.
- Reserved for Enterprise clients
- Includes a $5,000 premium, in addition to standard delivery rates
- Limited availability
- Not to be confused with Rapid Response, which provides 18‑hour, 6‑day‑per‑week acceleration until delivery
This option supports strategic partnerships while maintaining fairness across all clients.
5. Queue Structure
TQI maintains one unified queue for all project types, except:
- Rapid Response Priority Service
- Fast‑Track Priority Queue
All other project types flow through the standard FIFO queue, including:
- Standard Membership Implementations
- Allegiance / Allegiance PRO
- Enterprise / Mini‑PRISE
- Emergency migrations
- ADA or compliance projects
- Design‑only projects
6. Public‑Facing Protection Language
This policy serves as TQI's public‑facing onboarding framework, ensuring transparency, fairness, and clear expectations for all clients.
7. Kingdom‑Focused Values
TQI's onboarding and prioritization processes are guided by:
- Stewardship of time and resources
- Fairness and respect for all clients
- Order and excellence in execution
- Wise allocation of team capacity
- Avoidance of favoritism while honoring legitimate urgency
8. TQI's Retained Authority
To maintain operational integrity, TQI retains the right to:
- Reprioritize projects when necessary
- Suspend onboarding for abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Reject incomplete or insufficient submissions
- Move clients between queues based on scope or readiness
- Adjust timelines for force majeure or dependency issues
9. Payment Status Requirements
Implementation is directly tied to payment status:
- Accounts must remain current
- Missed payments pause onboarding
- No production launch will occur until all balances are paid in full
10. Acknowledgment of Expedited Timeline Risks
Clients electing Rapid Response or Fast‑Track services acknowledge that accelerated timelines may increase risk due to compressed testing and review cycles. TQI will maintain excellence, but expedited schedules inherently reduce buffer time.
