How often will I receive invoices?

Monthly Subscriptions are invoiced each month and are charged on the first day of each month via the credit card or ACH account the client has provided. Support Invoices are invoiced monthly for the support hours provided by TQI during the previous month. For instance, support provided in February is charged in March, etc. They are charged 20 days after the invoice has been created and sent. SOW and PCR invoices are charged based upon terms and timing within the SOW or PCR.
