TQI’s hours of operation for technical support is from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST Monday – Friday. TQI also offers by appointment support services. This level of support service requires a 24 hour in advance notice and runs from 6:00 a.m. -11:00 p.m. EST.
