Why is my website down?

If you think your website or portal is down, first check to see if you have internet coverage (to eliminate your ISP as the problem). If you can access other sites and appear to have internet coverage, contact Emergency Support immediately and let them know the timing of the outage, as well as other pertinent information, including the browser you are using.
